Exercise Executive Stretch, WA - March 2007
RESERVE EMPLOYERS STRETCHED OUT
Over the weekend of 24/25 March, the Directorate of Reserve Support in conjunction with the Defence Reserves Support Council WA Committee, Land Warfare Centre WA, 13 Brigade and the RAAF's No. 25 (City of Perth) Squadron conducted Exercise Executive Stretch. The exercise is an activity for employers of Reservists and potential employers of Reservists and is intended to give employers an insight into the type of training conducted in the Reserve. Nineteen executives from a range of companies participated in the exercise which included a tour of 13 Brigade's Army Live displays, a weapons tactical training firing simulation, use of night vision equipment, a brief on the military appreciation process as well as hands-on fire fighting training, flying the Hawk simulator and the viewing the launch of a Hawk aircraft.
