Navy
Army
Army has appointed delegates on a regional basis, within most regional Army Personnel Agencies, for ESPS claims relating to service by Army Reservists.
If your employee is an Army Reservist, the ESPS claim form should be submitted direct to the nominated ESPS delegate for the geographic area. Special arrangements apply for members working within:

Army Headquarters, or
-
Non-Army elements in the Australian Capital Territory
If your employee is an Air Force Reservist, the ESPS claim form should be submitted to the Commanding Officer of your Reservist’s Air Force Reserve squadron. If the member is not posted to a Reserve squadron, the claim should be submitted to the Reserve squadron closest to the member’s Defence work location (for example, claims relating to an Air Force Reservist who is not posted to a Reserve squadron and is employed in a Defence Materiel Organisation office in Melbourne should be submitted to 21 SQN).
